The terms & conditions / details of the trainings are as under:
(a) The trainings / sessions will be conducted as per following schedule.

(b) The training and orientations sessions will be conducted as per agenda.
(c)
The participants of each batch will be finalized by the concerned
REC / DEC.
(d) Two Days training of Presiding Officer and Sr. APOs will be conducted by
a pair of Master Trainers whereas the Orientation Sessions will be
conduct by a single Master Trainer.
(e) The deployment of Master Trainers and formation of batches of training
will be the responsibility of concerned REC/DEC.

(a) ٹریننگز/سیشنز درج ذیل شیڈول کے مطابق منعقد کیے جائیں گے۔

پریذائیڈنگ آفیسرز کی 02 روزہ تربیت اور
سینئر اے پی او ایس

13 جنوری تا 01 فروری 2024
(b) تربیتی اور واقفیت کے سیشن ایجنڈے کے مطابق منعقد کیے جائیں گے۔
(c)
ہر بیچ کے شرکاء کو متعلقہ کی طرف سے حتمی شکل دی جائے گی۔
آر ای سی / ڈی ای سی۔
(d) پریذائیڈنگ آفیسر اور سینئر اے پی اوز کی دو روزہ ٹریننگ کا انعقاد کیا جائے گا۔
ماسٹر ٹرینرز کا ایک جوڑا جبکہ اورینٹیشن سیشنز ہوں گے۔
ایک واحد ماسٹر ٹرینر کے ذریعہ انجام دینا۔
(e) ماسٹر ٹرینرز کی تعیناتی اور تربیت کے بیچوں کی تشکیل
متعلقہ REC/DEC کی ذمہ داری ہوگی۔
